ETC Mining Truck Non-stop Automatic Counting Robot
ETC Mining Truck Non-stop Automatic Counting Robot

Product Overview
The ETC Mining Truck Non-stop Automatic Counting Robot is an unattended intelligent measurement and control equipment for mining truck transportation launched by Chongqing Jinyun Robotics Co., Ltd. for open-pit mines, earthwork construction sites, sand and gravel transshipment yards and large infrastructure projects. The system integrates high-speed RFID ETC card reading technology, AI intelligent recognition algorithms, industrial embedded hardware and cloud management platform, and realizes network aggregation of multi-site equipment via 4G/5G wireless network.
Targeting the pain points of traditional manual counting in mines, such as large counting errors, difficult supervision of vehicle loading status, cumbersome data summary and complicated on-site wiring, the equipment realizes automatic vehicle identification, accurate trip statistics, intelligent judgment of full/underloaded status and real-time cloud data synchronization. It supports fully unattended operation and permanent data storage, helping mines realize digital and transparent management of transportation processes.

Core Product Advantages
◆ AI intelligent recognition of full load and underload to standardize loading management
Equipped with AI visual recognition algorithms, it automatically identifies the loading status of mining trucks and distinguishes full-load and underloaded vehicles. It prevents insufficient loading by excavators and empty or half-loaded vehicle trips, effectively improving single-truck transportation efficiency, avoiding waste of transport capacity, and enabling supervisors to monitor loading standards.
◆ Industrial embedded system for stable operation all year round
The whole unit adopts an industrial embedded system with hardware tested under harsh working conditions. It supports 24/7, 365-day continuous operation to match non-stop transportation schedules in mines. The system runs stably without crash under long-term operation, ensuring normal measurement under high-intensity continuous vehicle passage scenarios in mining areas.
◆ High-speed ETC-grade RFID card reader with 100% counting accuracy
Adopting RFID card reading modules compliant with highway toll standards, it features fast recognition speed, strong resistance to dust and strong light interference. Compared with license plate recognition, it is unaffected by mine dust, mud and varying light conditions. It stably identifies vehicle-mounted tags from a long distance to avoid missed counting, wrong counting and repeated counting, ensuring authentic and reliable trip statistics.
◆ Standard wiring with aviation sockets and foolproof one-to-one interfaces
All external cables adopt industrial aviation sockets with one-to-one matching connections. The exclusive interfaces prevent misconnection. The connections are firm, shock-resistant, waterproof and dustproof, suitable for bumpy and dusty mining environments. The equipment is easy to disassemble and convenient for relocation and transfer between work sites.
◆ Low-voltage DC12V power supply with low power consumption for wide adaptability
The device operates on DC12V power supply with low overall power consumption. It can work with temporary field power supplies and mobile checkpoints without relying on fixed industrial mains power, enabling flexible deployment at temporary entrances, exit points and transshipment locations across mining areas.
◆ Industrial cloud service platform for remote management across multiple terminals
Supported by an industrial cloud platform with 4G/5G wireless transmission. Managers can check real-time vehicle passing records, generate transportation reports and export historical data anytime via mobile APP and PC web management system. Hierarchical permission management is available, with independent access for site dispatchers, senior management and financial reconciliation. Remote operation and maintenance are simple and efficient.
When the network is interrupted, data will be cached locally automatically and uploaded continuously after network recovery to guarantee zero data loss.
◆ Finished unit delivered, plug-and-play, minimal installation and maintenance
The equipment is pre-installed and pre-commissioned inside and delivered as an integrated finished product. No complicated wiring or on-site debugging is required; it can be put into operation immediately after power-on. The daily maintenance workload is extremely low, greatly cutting labor and time costs for intelligent project deployment.

System Workflow
When a mining truck enters the monitoring area, the high-speed RFID reader automatically reads the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and triggers high-definition image capture simultaneously. AI algorithms judge whether the truck is full or underloaded in real time. The outdoor LED screen displays the license plate number and transport trip information instantly. All records including license plate, captured pictures, passing time and loading status are uploaded to the cloud server via 4G/5G.
Enterprise managers can access transportation details and generate various statistical reports at any time through the PC management system and mobile APP. Data aggregation by fleet, driver, time period and mining zone is supported to satisfy demands of production scheduling, financial settlement and output accounting.

Application Scenarios
Open-pit coal mines / metal mines, sand and gravel yards, large-scale earthwork projects, muck outward transportation projects, transshipment at infrastructure construction sites, river dredging, dispersed transportation checkpoints in large mining areas with multiple mining zones, and other scenarios.
